  • Bleach has gone on an unexpected hiatus due to Tite Kubo-sensei falling ill. An apology was issued by the editors of Shonen Jump in the 36/37th combined issue and the series will be back in the 38th Issue back after one week holiday.
  • Sunrise will be making an anime based on the Idol making game Aikatsu!
  • Initial D will be getting a new anime.
  • Little Busters has been confirmed for the Fall 2012 season.
  • The light novel Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko will be getting an anime.
  • According to Deadline Hollywood, the company Entertainment One has acquired the rights to Osamu Tezuka's Black Jack manga to be made into a US TV Drama.
  • Shirokuma Caf (manga) returns from hiatus.

  • Kill Me Baby! may be looking at a second season. Read about it here.
  • Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai's anime will be getting a second season
  • SHAFT have announced the title of their next original anime project; Prism Nana.

A few things to note:

-Soul Eater Not! jumped up from 39th place into 17th.

-Gin no Saji has almost sold 500,000 in just 2 weeks.

-Orange is the only series on the list with only 1 volume out.

-Kuroko no Basket's fanbook has outlasted the most recent volume of the manga on sale in terms of being in the top 30.

-Soul Eater had considerably more sales this week compared to last week.
