The final episode Hellsing will be released on the day on which the world will supposedly end. I find it an interesting date for finish a series. By no way am I saying that I agree the world will end on that day. But either way if the world does really end at least I get to finish watching the last Hellsing Ultimate on the last day.

It has been a very long time since the start of the Hellsing Ultimate OVA series. It all started on the 10th February 2006, and the last episode Hellsing Ultimate 10 will finish on the 21st December 2012. Spanning just under 7 years and only 10 episodes in that time is quite a long time for a somewhat short series to last. I remember discussing the date of the final episode roughly one year ago, I had estimated it would be somewhere in January 2013 using the previous release schedules of the former episodes. Surprising I was pretty close since the real date is just one month before.

I'm looking forward to seeing Hellsing Ultimate finish in all it's glory! Well it is just such a great serious that I even had to come out of hiatus to post about it!
